Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed and shipped from our Minneapolis locations. Sales tax is charged to residents of state of Minnesota and Washington.

We do not charge handling or any other fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International buyer will be responsible for applicable import duty. We do not have control over that.

TRACKING INFORMATION: You will be notified via Email your tracking number upon shipping.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within one business day. Your order can be shipped by FEDEX ground, FEDEX Smart Post (see FEDEX web site for Smart Post shipping detail), US postal service priority mail, or USPS parcel post, average delivery time after shipping is 2-8 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays). UPDATE: Customer now can choose USPS First Class Mail for small items as long as the weight is under Post Office First Class Mail limit. First Class Mail will be displayed as an option if it is eligible. Brotform.com recommends USPS priority mail shipping.


RETURN POLICY: You may return all merchandise for a full refund excluding shipping fees within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be approved by brotform.com and must be accompanied with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please email us to obtain a RMA number prior to returning an item. Items returned without a RMA number will not be refunded.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: brotform.com must be notified within 5 business days of any item that is received damaged. A replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the returned item, or for some items, a picture demonstrates the damage.

SUBSTITUTIONS: We reserve the right to update model designs, substitute models or similar product colors.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: brotform.com is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you via E-mail with the corrected pricing information.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION: We are not responsible for and cannot provide refunds for items which are undeliverable, or for delays in delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete address information which is given at the time of ordering and/or after order has been processed.
