I bought the oval brotform 8.75" the other day and it arrived really fast. I found that the quality of the brotform was excellent. It sold for such a low price I was pleasantly surprised to see it being as good/better than the $50 bannetons that are on the market. On top of this I was able to exchange the form for a bigger one as I immediately saw it was too small for my Dutch Oven. I am planning on making a real Russian sourdough bread with it and I can't wait to use my new brotform. The exchange was very quick, smooth and easy and I am extremely happy with both the costumer service and the product.
